  • Terms and conditions apply to the use of these services
  • Hotline support provided via pre-bookable call-back 15min time-slots, offered on a first come / first served basis (currently 20 time-slots available each month)
  • Unlimited email support offered via online contact form. Response to emails can take up to three working days. Email support is not available at weekends or on UK bank holidays.
  • One-to-one support offered via telephone or Skype by prior arrangement
